Paned & Co was born from a love for honest coffee and the people behind it. We started in a small workshop in 2014 with a single drum roaster, a few sacks of single-origin beans, and a quiet belief that great coffee should feel like a small ceremony in your day.
Today we still roast in small batches, by hand, every week. We work directly with farmers in Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil, paying fair prices for outstanding green beans. Nothing leaves our roastery until it tastes the way we want it to taste in your cup.
We believe in keeping things simple, soulful, and full of character — coffee that feels like it belongs in the slow part of your morning.
